MADISON, Wis. (June 30, 2012) – Madison Mallards right fielder Tyler Marincov (North Florida) earned Northwoods League Player of the Night for Saturday, June 30.
Marincov was 3-for-5 with four RBI and two runs scored. He picked up his eighth and ninth home runs of the season, which leads the NWL. Marincov also now has 28 RBI on the season.
The Mallards went on to win the game, 9-8. The Mallards will host the Eau Claire Express on Sunday at 5:05 p.m.
