Help Wanted – Bombers to Hold Job Fair & Mascot Auditions for 2014 Season

Battle Creek, Mich. – As the 2014 season approaches, the Bombers are looking for outgoing and hardworking individuals to fill Game-Day positions. The team will be hosting a Job fair on Saturday, April 26th from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Bombers Front Office (189 Bridge St, Battle Creek, MI). Applicants must be available to work the majority of the Bombers 36 home game schedule. As the majority of the available positions are concessions-related, any previous food and beverage experience is preferred, but not required.  Limited volunteer opportunities are available as well (ushers, ticket takers, etc.)

Applications for employment are available at the Bombers Front Office during normal office hours. Applications for employment may also be completed on the day of the job fair. Brief on-site interviews will be conducted this day as well. All those in attendance will be granted interviews on a first-come, first-serve basis. 

The Battle Creek Bombers are also searching for talented and energetic individuals interested in performing as beloved mascot Moe Skeeter for the 2014 season. Auditions will be held on Sunday, May 18th starting at 11 a.m. at the Bombers Front Office (189 Bridge St, Battle Creek, MI).  Candidates are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing. Previous mascot experience is preferred, but not required.

Opening day for the 2014 season will be on Thursday, May 29th, against the Kalamazoo Growlers. Season tickets, mini-plans, and group packages with the Bombers are now on sale.
