Border Cats Sign Shortstop
Thunder Bay, ON – The Thunder Bay Border Cats are pleased to announce the signing of shortstop, Colin Rosenbaum from Belmont Abbey College.
Rosenbaum, a Junior, is the starting shortstop for the Crusaders and through 42 games this season sits with a .291 batting average, 7 homeruns, 36 RBI’s, and 42 runs scored.
The 6’0”, 195lb infielder from Thomasville, North Carolina was named First Team All-Conference and a Coastal Plain League All-Star starter in 2016.
Opening Night for the Border Cats is Saturday, June 3, 2017, with first pitch at 6:05pm.
The Thunder Bay Border Cats are a member of the finest developmental league for elite college baseball players, the Northwoods League.
