The Lakeshore Chinooks would like to thank everybody who made the 2014 season the most memorable in franchise history: The players and coaches, front office and intern staff, sponsors and supporters, host families, our community, and our amazing fans!

The Chinooks ended the regular season with a 50-21 record. Lakeshore captured not only the First Half South Division Title but the Second Half South Division Title as well. After defeating the Woodchucks in the NWL Divisional Series, the Chinooks became the South Division Champions.

The memorable 2014 season was capped off on August 15th after the Chinooks swept the Mankato MoonDogs in the Summer Collegiate World Series becoming the 2014 Northwoods League Champions.

Lakeshore also had the opportunity to host the annual Northwoods League All-Star Game at Kapco Park. The festivities began with the All-Star Banquet which was highlighted by the Commissioner of Baseball, Bud Selig, addressed the all-stars. The following day, over 2,100 fans packed Kapco Park to watch the South Division defeat the North Division. Hall of Famer Robin Yount joined Chinooks manager Eddy Morgan and his staff to coach the South Division as Brewers legend Jim Gantner was the hononary manager of the North Division.

Over 50,000 fans passed through the gates of Kapco Park this summer. On June 6th, the Chinooks welcomed their 100,000th fan to attend a Chinooks game.

The list of memorable moments in 2014 could go on and on, but none of it would be possible without all the support the organization has received the past three years. We hope that we entertained you at Kapco Park in 2014 and will work to make the fan experience even better in 2015. We look forward to continuing to bring the top college baseball talent from around the nation to our family friendly, entertaining, and affordable atmosphere.
