FrontOFficeThe Madison Mallards have announced the addition of four new members to the front office staff.  Hailey Marrero, Stephanie Lorenz, Derek Leto, and Michael Richmond are all excited to bring their past experience in baseball to make the Mallards 2016 season a success.

Marrero enters her first season with the Mallards as a Corporate Service Manager, working with corporate sponsors in executing sponsorships. She completed a marketing internship in 2013 with the Wisconsin Rapids Rafters and then went on to intern and then work full-time with the American Junior Golf Association. Hailey received her Bachelor degree in Sport Management from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse in May of 2014. Originally from Menasha, WI, Hailey is a die-hard Packers fan and enjoys spending time with her family. 

Lorenz joins the Mallards as a Group Accounts Manager, bringing with her a wide variety of baseball experience. She began her career in baseball working as a part-time game day employee with the Mallards between 2005 and 2009. As a Journalism major at UW-Milwaukee, Lorenz began a Suite Services Internship with the Milwaukee Brewers in 2010. After graduation she worked in a seasonal role as a Ticket Operations Representative with the Brewers. Most recently she worked as a Direct Sales Representative with the St. Louis Cardinals. In her spare time, she enjoys watching and attending any sports games. Her favorite teams are the Packers, Brewers, Badgers and St. Louis Blues. She also enjoys traveling, the outdoors and taking photographs. Lorenz is originally from Lodi, Wisconsin.

Leto enters his first season with the Mallards as a Group Accounts Manager. He previously worked with the Lake Erie Crushers, an Independent Baseball team in Ohio, doing sales and community outreach. He graduated from Ohio University in December of 2014 with a degree in Sports Management and a minor in Business Management/Marketing. He is originally from Milan, Ohio and is a die-hard Cleveland sports fan.

Richmond enters his first season with the Mallards as a Group Accounts Manager. Last year he worked as a Front Office Intern with the Beloit Snappers. With the Snappers he hosted on-field promotions, worked press row, and did game day operations. He was a Media Relations Intern with the Green Bay Blizzard in 2013. In his free time he likes to get outdoors and go disc golfing. He is originally from Two Rivers, Wisconsin.

The Mallards will host their home opener on Friday, June 3rd when they take on the new Northwoods League affiliate from Rockford, IL.  First pitch is scheduled for 6:35 pm.  Single-game tickets for the 2016 season will go on sale at 9:00 am on Saturday, April 30th.
