BUCKS WALK ALL OVER CATS

Thunder Bay, Ont. – The Thunder Bay Border Cats fell to the Waterloo Bucks 15-9 Saturday night in Waterloo, IA.

Despite a strong a strong offence Thunder Bay walked 13 players including four bases loaded walks in a row in the bottom of the sixth to give Waterloo the lead.

Andrew Fregia (Sam Houston) had a solid performance picking up a three run home run in the fifth inning for a total of four RBI and two runs on two hits. Mitch Bigras (Boston College) impressed the Cats in his first outing picking up two runs on two hits.

The Cats finish their road trip against the Waterloo Bucks at 3:35pm CST / 4:35pm EST Sunday afternoon.
