Repeatedly over the course of Saturday night's game, the Bucks were robbed of golden opportunities due to leaping and diving grabs. Those web gems saved the Stingers, as they defeated the Bucks 5-3.

Bucks starter Dane Dunning allowed four earned runs over six innings of work and took the loss for the Bucks. Greg Kuhlman allowed one run over two innings in relief, and Adam Dian was lights out in his only inning of work.

Willmar's TJ Whidby conceded three runs (one earned) over seven innings. He was the victor in tonight's contest.

Willmar's Jack Ross made a catch that one might have to see to believe, robbing John Sternagel of a ninth inning double. The ball was lined into the left center field gap, appearing to have been what the Bucks needed to get back in tghe game. Ross made a spectacular dive/leap, though, and the rally was quelled.

The Bucks and Stingers square off again Sunday afternoon at 3:35 p.m., as Nick Veale makes the start for the Bucks.
