Dan Corbin | General Manager

Entering 2024, Dan Corbin, a two-time Northwoods League Executive of the Year award winner (2008 & 2021), enters his 25th year in the NWL, 23rd season in the Bucks front office, and 19th as General Manager of the team. Prior to taking the helm of the Bucks, Corbin worked as the team’s Assistant General Manager / Director of Media Relations from 2002-2005.

Corbin received his bachelor’s degree in Communications/Electronic Media from the University of Northern Iowa where he interned with the Bucks during the 1997 and 1999 seasons. After receiving his undergrad degree, Corbin attended the University of Texas where he graduated with a master’s degree in Sport Management. Corbin worked as the Assistant Facilities Coordinator of the Athletics Department at Western Kentucky University after the completion of his graduate program until he was hired by the Bucks.

During his time with the Bucks, Corbin has been a part of an NWL Championship, designed the current Bucks Internship Program, coordinated a team logo change, and had the privilege of hosting the 2019 NWL All-Star Game in Waterloo.

Dan resides in Cedar Falls with his wife, Tyllie, and 13-year old son, Shea. Active in the community, Dan sits on the Board of Directors of the Cedar Falls Lions Club as the Vice President of the Global Membership Team, a member of the Grow Cedar Valley Ambassadors, a member of the Strictly Business Task Force for Grow Cedar Valley, and volunteers with UNI Athletics Communications.

Jordan Yessak | Assistant General Manager

Jordan Yessak began his first season with the Waterloo Bucks on April 1, 2024, however he is no stranger to the Northwoods League. An intern with the Willmar Stingers during the summer of 2020, Yessak joined Willmar’s front office as the team’s Vice President of Operations – Tickets & Hospitality from 2021 through 2023.

Yessak received his bachelor of arts degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Sports Management from Wartburg College, graduating in 2021. At Wartburg, Jordan was a member of both the Cross Country and Track and Field Teams and was President of the National Society of Leadership and Success during his senior year.

A graduate of Dunkerton High School, Yessak enjoys watching the Minnesota Twins in his free time.
