WILLMAR, Minn. – Thursday night's game has been postponed due to unplayable field conditions.

The Stingers' game against the Waterloo Bucks will be made up as part of a doubleheader on Friday, August 12^th. The start time for the doubleheader will be 5:05 pm, and both games will be seven-inning contests. The game will be played at the Green Lake Baseball Diamond in Spicer, Minnesota.

Back to School Backpack Giveaway Night presented by ACMC will take place tomorrow as well. The backpacks will be handed out beginning at 6:05 pm to the 1st 250 kids.

The Stingers will be honoring the nine local veteran's that are featured on their own trading cards presented by J.D. Kreps Financial Group. The 1st 250 adults will receive a complete set of the nine trading cards at 6:05 pm.

Fans who had tickets to Thursday’s game can exchange them for any regular season home game during the rest of the 2016 season based on ticket availability.

The Wine, Women, & Baseball event presented by Westside Liquor has been canceled this evening as well. Those with tickets to that event can redeem them for a Wine, Women, & Baseball ticket in 2017, or use the ticket as a $25 credit towards any game tickets in the future.
