\n\t\tEvery offseason I have to come up with new ideas that get our fans excited. I do surveys, I talk with fans, and I look across the country to find things that will blow our fans away. Ultimately, I have to bring my plan to my owner to get his approval.\n\t<\/div>\n
\n\t\t \n\t<\/div>\n
\n\t\tAfter much planning this fall, I decided it was time to present my big idea of the offseason.  Here’s how it went…\n\t<\/div>\n

\n\t\t(I walk into my owner’s office and sit down)\n\t<\/div>\n
\n\t\tMe<\/em><\/strong>… "I’ve got a big idea this offseason that I think you are going to like. I want to give free jerseys and hats to our fans this season and on top of that, I want to feed them for free." \n\t<\/div>\n
\n\t\tMy owner<\/em><\/strong>… "Get out of my office. That is the worst idea I’ve ever heard."\n\t<\/div>\n

\n\t\tWell, this might be the worst idea I've ever had, but yes, I am going to give free jerseys and hats to you this season and feed you for free. And right before the Holiday season.\n\t<\/div>\n
