The Kids Bike Ride powered by 701 Cycle & Sport is Getting Colorful!

The Fastest Kids Ride in town just got a makeover!

Pedal your way to Harmon Lake on Saturday, June 10 from 2PM to 4PM for the Kid’s Color Blast Bike Ride powered by 701 Cycle & Sport.

The first 150 kids to RSVP online will get a free commemorative white t-shirt to color on. Please note we may not have your kid’s size t-shirt available.

How will the kids ride around Harmon Lake?

  • Ages 3-5 will ride a short loop around the main shelter. Click here for route map.
  • Ages 6-8 will ride 1 lap around the longer loop around the main shelter, but start 15 minutes after the 3-5 years old do. Click here for route map.
  • Ages 9-12 will bike the same route as the 6-8 years old but will complete 3 total laps and take off 15 minutes after the 6-8 year olds. Click here for route map.

What does Color Blast mean?

The color blasting of the white shirts is how kids get to color their own shirt! The first 150 parents to RSVP their kids can guarantee themselves a t-shirt at the event. Please note we may not have your kid’s size t-shirt available.

What is the timeline and what time will my kid ride?

  • Check-In Begins – 2PM
  • Age 3-5 Race: 3PM
  • Age 6-8 Race: 3:10PM
  • Age 9-12 Race: 3:25PM

How do I see the course map?

You can click any of the above links. Parents will also receive a map of the courses during check-in on Saturday, June 10.

Do kids have to wear a helmet?

Yes, helmets are required for all participants for the safety of themselves and others.

Is this a Clark’s Kids Club Event?

Yes! You can earn a star for attending this event if you are a member of Clark’s Kids Club.

What else can I expect at the Kids Color Blast Bike Ride?

Kids can hang out with Clark and Merifeather, jump on the inflatable bounce house, get a FREE cookie as BIG as their face from Grand junction after the race and more.
