The Larks and Tri-Energy Cenex gave local non-profits the chance to raise money in a fun and unique way this season at the ballpark with the Chuck It for Charity promotion.
The best part is — ALL THE MONEY RAISED WENT BACK TO LOCAL NON-PROFITS!
The following non-profits raised a TOTAL of $2,263.00 throughout the entire season:
- Cardiac Ready Community
- Abused Adult Resource Center
- Capital Ice Synchro
- The Lions Club
- Gateway to Science
- Triple H Miniature Horse Rescue
- Bismarck Cancer
- The University of Mary
- Bismarck-Mandan Symphony Orchestra
- Brave Kids, Bold Cures
After each Larks home game, fans chucked the propane tank stress balls onto the field at cornhole boards. Whoever’s tank scored won prizes such as an autographed Larks jersey, the Ultimate Kids Prize Pack, a Larks picture frame, and Jack Morris autographed baseballs!
Thank you for supporting local non-profits. Work on your baseball arm this off season, and see how well you can CHUCK it for CHARITY next year!
