So, we\u2019re looking for two motivated, creative and FUN self-starters to join the Larks Ticket Team <em>NOW!<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The Larks are looking for a Corporate Account Manager and Group Sales Super Stars to join the Front Office Flock in early November. If you love talking to people, spending time outside in the summer and enjoy a non-traditional working environment, we want YOU!<\/p>\n<p><strong>WARNING: If you want to be a sports business version of a utility infielder, you shouldn\u2019t waste your time reading about our open positions.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>To become a superstar with teams, you need to first know that it all starts with tickets. Tickets are the lifeblood of sports teams. Once you truly learn how to market tickets, then it\u2019s on to making sure these fans renew year after year. Learn these, and you\u2019ve got the right ticket to run teams.<\/p>\n<p>So, we start our people on our lifeblood\u2014remember, that\u2019s ticket sales. We don\u2019t give a phone book or\u00a0a stale customer service manual and tell you to go sell tickets. Our philosophy is train, train, train, and when we get tired of that, we train some more. Our goal is to accelerate your growth as fast as we can.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><strong><u>Corporate Accounts Manager<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>POSITION OVERVIEW<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bismarck Larks is offering a full-time opportunity for current applicants looking to gain real world sales experience to position themselves for a career in the sports industry. The position will provide extensive training in proven sales methods and tactics.<\/p>\n<p><strong>WHAT YOU\u2019LL BE DOING<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for developing relationships with local CEO\u2019s and decision-makers to sell premium corporate season ticket and group outing packages<\/li>\n<li>Make 40-50 calls per day<\/li>\n<li>Setting 12+ meetings per week<\/li>\n<li>Listen to client\u2019s goals and objectives to offer package that ideally suits each scenario<\/li>\n<li>Develop new sale leads and actively prospect and canvas daily<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work weekdays and some weekends<\/li>\n<li>Complete\/graduate sales training boot camp<\/li>\n<li>Maintain call logs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis<\/li>\n<li>Provide superior service to clients, existing ticket holders, and general fans<\/li>\n<li>Participate in weekly meetings to help develop skills and accelerate growth<\/li>\n<li>Customer service and ticketing problem solving<\/li>\n<li>Event planning and coordination<\/li>\n<li>Attending\/staffing additional outside events (community relations)<\/li>\n<li>Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Director of Ticket Sales<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><strong><u>Group Sales Superstar<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>POSITION OVERVIEW<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bismarck Larks is offering a full-time opportunity for current applicants looking to gain real world sales experience to position themselves for a career in the sports industry.
