Mallards chef coming up with unique food options

MADISON (WKOW) — The Madison Mallards have some new food options if you’re headed to a game this season.

Executive Chef Tristan Straub and Assistant General Manager Brian Sather brought some samples to Wake Up Wisconsin recently. Chef Straub created a spicy bacon Philly Steak, a taco-seasoned brat and a grilled bacon macaroni and cheese sandwich.
