Western Nevada Community College sophomore Spencer Greer went seven strong innings for Rochester and is tonight's NWL Pitcher of the Night. Greer had plenty of run support to lead the Honkers to a 10-2 win over Alexandria, who've now lost nine in a row.
Greer went seven shutout innings, scattering four hits while walking just one and striking out five. He now has a 2.59 ERA over 17 1/3 innings with a 2-1 record for the fourth-place Honkers.
