Lakeshore routed Madison, 14-3, behind 17 hits while Kenosha and St. Cloud both walked off in the bottom of the ninth after blowing saves in the top half. Waterloo also bounced back from seeing their five game winning streak come to an end and picked up a win.

Green Bay 4, Duluth 3

A four-run fifth boosted Green Bay to a comeback win to improve to .500 over the last ten games with a 4-3 victory against Duluth. Johnny Bekakis (Long Beach St) hit a two-run double for the Bullfrogs, who picked up five more hits then the Huskies. Roberto Baroniel (Nova Southeastern) went six innings for his second start in a row as he improved to 2-1 with a 2.47 ERA on the season. Sam Brunner (Dodge City CC) threw a perfect ninth for his second save.

La Crosse 5, Battle Creek 3

La Crosse snapped a two game losing streak as they jumped ahead 5-0 early and overcame a late Bomber rally to down Battle Creek, 5-3. Austin Rei (Washington) continued his incredible start to the season as he went 3-4 with a double and two RBIs to bring his batting average to .444 through his first eight games. Kevin Roy (Columbia) went six innings and struck out six while teammate Breckin Williams (Missouri) picked up his ninth save on the season for the Loggers, who sit two games out of first in the Southern Divsion. 

Waterloo 8, Alexandria 3

The Bucks bounced back from seeing their five-game win streak end to pick up a split with the Blue Anchors with a 8-3 win. Waterloo jumped out to a 5-0 lead in the top of first and never looked back behind two RBIs from Zach Soria and Connor McClain, who combined for four hits. Alexandria left nine runners on base as Bucks starter Dane Dunning picked up Pitcher of the Night honors. Dunning went seven innings and picked up the win, allowing just four hits and one run while striking out five. J.D Moire ran into trouble late to pick up the save. 

Wisconsin Rapids 12, Wisconsin 6

A four run first put the Woodchucks up but Wisconsin Rapids battled back and doubled up Wisconsin, 12-6. Clark Egan (Arkansas) and Michael Jurgella (St. Cloud St) each picked up three RBIs and combined for five hits. The Rafters scored five runs over the middle innings and starter Nick Blackburn (Illinois) went seven innings and struck out nine to pick up the win.

Kenosha 8, Kalamazoo 7

A two-run ninth by the Growlers tied it at seven but Kenosha came right back and walked off to win, 8-7. A bases-loaded walk from Kalamazoo reliever Joshua Buchalski (Michigan State) gave the Kingifhs the game-winner in the bottom of the ninth. Brett Shimanovsky (St. Louis) picked up his second win in relief.

Rochester 11, Willmar 8

The Honkers overcame a seven-run Willmar third and an early 8-1 deficit to fight back and win, 11-8. Rochester doubled up the Stingers in hits and their offense was backed by home runs from Alex Schultz (Nebraska Omaha) and John Schuknect (Cal Poly). Schuknect drove in four runs and helped the Honkers comeback. Middle reliever Brandon Stennis (Doane) picked up the win while teamamte Jeff Campbell (North Dakota) earned the save.

St. Cloud 7, Eau Claire 6

Eau Claire trailed by two heading into the ninth, and rallied to tie it. However, Boo Vazquez (Pitt) hit a home run in the bottom half of the frame to give St. Cloud a 7-6 walkoff victory. Kevin Burgee (Georgia St) picked up the win in relief despite blowing the save.

Lakeshore 14, Madison 3

Lakeshore kept their two game lead in the Southern division standings as they routed defending champions Madison, 14-3. NWL Player of the Night Blake Butler (Charleston Col) drove in seven runs out of the leadoff spot with two doubles and triple to lead the Chinooks. Joe Pavlovich (UW-Oshkosh) went five innings to get the win, Lakeshore's 23rd (which is tied for the league lead) on the season.

Mankato 3, Thunder Bay 1 (7 innings)

A two-run third was the difference as the MoonDogs downed Thunder Bay, 3-1, in seven innings. Three different Mankato players scored and two picked up a RBI as they backed starter Ethan Green (Pfeiffer), who went four one-run innings while striking out two. Reliever Garrett Ring (Middle Tennesse St) went three shutout innings for the save.
