Saturday's Pitcher of the Night is St. Cloud right-hander Austin Caspersen, a sophomore from Doane College. Caspersen pitched eight strong innings and had plenty of run support as the Rox won their fifth straight with a 7-4 victory against Duluth.
Caspersen struck out four and gave up just one run over eight innings in his longest start of the season. He's now 4-2 with a 3.15 ERA this summer over 40 innings and eight appearances. He's walked just eight on the season.
