Bowers carries Chinooks to win second night in a row

Wednesday's Player of the Night is Lakeshore catcher Zack Bowers for the second time in as many nights. Just a day after hitting a grand slam in the top of the ninth to secure a Game 1 win, Bowers punched the Chinooks ticket to the Summer Collegiate World Series with a walkoff single in the bottom of the tenth.

Bowers went 2-for-7 (.286) and drove in five runs in the two-game sweep of Wisconsin as well as scoring twice. He's a sophomore from Georgia.
