The Wisconsin Rapids Rafters needed a big game from their starter to beat the Lakeshore Chinooks 2-1 in a pitcher's duel. Rafters' pitcher Jay Peters (UW Milwaukee) allowed one run on two hits and a walk with six strikeouts in five innings of work. The righty from Randolph, Wisconsin picked up another no decision, which he has had in each of his first four starts of the season.
