JD Mundy helped the Battle Creek Bombers to a 12-6 victory over the Wisconsin Woodchucks as he went 4-4. Mundy knocked in his first run of the game in the opening inning from a single to right. Mundy then hit his first of three home runs in the third wich was a solo shot. Mundy hit his second solo home run in consecutive at bats in the fifth. Mundy delivered his third home run in the seventh from a two-run shot. His final plate appearance was a walk in the eighth. Mundy ended the day with three home runs, five RBI, and three runs scored.
