Aaron Shortridge (California) earned tonight's pitcher of the night after guiding the Express to a 6-1 victory over Duluth. The Only run he allowed in eight innings was an RBI fielder's choice after giving up three singles in the third. Shortridge went on to retire the final 12 batters which led to his fourth win of the season. In his fourth start, he only allowed six hits and no walks whiles striking out eight.
