Matt Goytia (Riverside CC) earned pitcher of the night after guiding the Bullfrogs to a win over Madison. He allowed a hit to the first batter of the game and then a two-out walk and then got the next guy to fly out. Goytia faced the minimum in the next two innings. He got into some trouble in the fourth, but retired the side to end the inning. Goytia balked in a run in the seventh and then got pulled in the eighth wtih two outs. He ended his outing with only five hits and six walks while striking two and earning his first win.
