Cooper Cain (Valdosta State) earned Pitcher of the Night for the second time this season as he helped the Rivets defeat the Fond du Lac Dock Spiders. He only allowed four runners in his first five innings of work. Cain then retired the next seven batters in a row to put himself in a position to win his first game of the season. He ended the night only allowing three hits while striking out four.
