Trayson Kubo (Stephen F. Austin) earned pitcher of the night after throwing seven in their eight-run win over Kenosha. Kubo retired the side in-order in the first, put two guys on from walks in the second, but struck out the next batter. The Kingfish got to him in the third on consecutive doubles, but retired the side. Kubo faced just one over the minimum to end his outing, allowing just the one run on four hits and two walks while striking out six.
