Hayden Shenefield (Cal State Northridge) earned pitcher of the night after throwing 8.1 and only allowing one despite the Huskies loss to Rochester. After allowing a one out hit in the first, Shenefield retired the next eight batters. He shutdown the next six, allowed a run in the sixth from an RBI single and then didn’t face more than four in an inning. His night ended the night with just one run on five hits and one walk while striking out nine despite not getting the win.
