Grand Slam alert! Drew Benefield (Louisville) from the Madison Mallards was awarded player of the night after his amazing performance and 12-6 win against the Lakeshore Chinooks. Drew hit his first grand slam of the season along with five RBIs, a double in the third, and four hits during his time at the plate. The Mallards continue their undefeated season (8-0) after Drew’s and his teammates performances tonight.
The Madison Mallards play the Green Bay Booyah tomorrow, June 5 at 6:05 pm.
