The Kalamazoo Growlers and Kokomo Jackrabbits started off the beautiful day with the Growlers capturing the win. The final score was a crushing 10-5. The Madison Mallards dominated the Green Bay Booyah with the Mallards great offensive game this afternoon. The ending game score was a solid 15-2. The Eau Claire Express rallied for the win over the Duluth Huskies tonight scoring six runs in the bottom of the ninth inning. The final game score was 5-6. 

Kalamazoo Growlers 10, Kokomo Jackrabbits 5

The Kalamazoo Growlers demolished in the Kokomo Jackrabbits in extra innings with a final score 10-5. The Growlers had a strong fourth inning scoring four runs capturing the win. Kokomo’s Chase Keng (UT-San Antonio) hit one double, one triple, and one RBI. Austin Knight (University of Tennessee) had three RBI for the Growlers. The winning pitcher was Michael Dunkelberger (Indiana University) who pitched six innings giving up two runs, five hits, and four strike outs. The losing pitcher was Jackrabbits Aaron Husson (UMBC). 

Battle Creek Bombers 7, Rockford Rivets 3

The Battle Creek Bombers defeated the Rockford Rivets with an ending game score 7-3. The Bombers had a solid top of the fifth scoring five runs grabbing the lead over the Rivets. John Malcom (Vanderbilt) had four RBIs for Battle Creek. Another great performance, was by Collin Clayton (Missouri State) hitting two doubles along with one RBI. The winning pitcher of the game was Walter Talcott (Earlham College) who pitched six innings with three runs and five strike outs. The losing pitcher was Rockford’s Jordan Nelson (Dubuque). 

Rochester Honkers 0, Bismarck Larks 1

The Rochester Honkers were shut out by the Bismarck Larks in a close battle 1-0. The Larks had a total of ten hits and one run throughout the game. Bismarck’s Wyatt Ulrich (St. Johns (MN)) hit two doubles. The winning pitcher was Dominic Arias (Chicago State) with no runs, two hits, and two strike outs during his six innings of work. The losing pitcher was Honkers Ryan Middendorf (Lake Erie College) who pitched a strong seven innings with one run, nine hits, and three strike outs. 

Madison Mallards 15, Green Bay Booyah 2

The Madison Mallards dominated the Green Bay Booyah with a strong offensive game. The final score was an impressive 15-2. The Mallards had a total of fifteen runs and fifteen hits. Justice Bigbie (Western Carolina) hit two home runs and received eight RBI for the Mallards. The winning pitcher was Trevor Mareel (Washburn University) giving up two runs and three hits during his five innings at the mound. The losing pitcher was Green Bay Logan Lee (Northwood). 

Fond du Lac Dock Spiders 1, Wisconsin Rapids Rafters 5

The Wisconsin Rapids Rafters beat the Fond du Lac Dock Spiders during tonights game. The Rafters came out of the gates swinging scoring two runs in the bottom of the first inning. Wisconsin had a total of five runs and nine hits. Davion Downey (Baylor) hit one double and three RBI. The winning pitcher was Neil Abbatiello (Wagner) who gave up one run, two hits, and three strike outs during his six innings at work. The losing pitcher was Fond du Lac’s Houston Glad (Texas Wesleyan). 

Mankato MoonDogs 10, St. Cloud Rox 7

The Mankato MoonDogs won against the St. Cloud Rox with the final score 10-7. The Rox had an impressive sixth innings scoring six runs to win the game. Sean Ross (Pensacola) and Tyler Casagrande (Arizona) hit one home run along with three RBI for the MoonDogs. St. Cloud’s Jordan Barth (Augustana University) hit one double and one RBI. The winning pitcher was Rox Connor Campbell (Lander) who pitched one inning giving up no runs and two hits. The losing pitcher was Lucas Gather (California-Berkely). 

Willmar Stingers 4, La Crosse Loggers 3

The Willmar Stingers won over the La Crosse Loggers during tonights close and extra inning battle. The ending game score was 4-3. The Stingers had a total of four runs and seven hits throughout the game. Trey Harris (Arkansas) hit one home run along with two RBI for La Crosse. Willmar’s Justin King (Alabama) had one double and one RBI. The winning pitcher was Augie Sylk (Southern California) who pitched two innings giving up no run and no hits. The Aldo Fernandez (New Mexico State) swooped in for the saving pitch in the last inning. The losing pitcher was Loggers Adam Christianson (Illinois Central CC). 

Wisconsin Woodchucks 4, Lakeshore Chinooks 5

The Lakeshore Chinooks beat the Wisconsin Woodchucks in a close battle. The ending game score was a nail-bitting 5-4. The Chinooks took an early lead scoring four runs in the bottom of the third. Lakeshore’s Cameron Hart (Lansing CC) hit one double and two RBI. Byron Murray (Lynn University) receieved one double hit along with one RBI for the Woodchucks. The winning pitcher was Lakeshore’s Luke Sommerfeld (Clemson) and Will Klein (Eastern Illinois) swooped in for the saving pitch. The losing pitcher was Wisconsin’s Lenny Gwizdala (Northwood University). 

Kenosha Kingfish 1, Traverse City Pit Spitters 2

The Traverse City Pit Spitters defeated the Kenosha Kingfish in a close and pressure filled game with an ending score 2-1. Pit Spitters Hudson Byorick (Wofford) hit one RBI and Michael Slaten (Benedictine College) had one double hit. The winning pitcher was Kevin Hahn (CSU-Stanislaus) pitched  a strong two innings giving up no runs, one hit, and one strike out. The losing pitcher was Kingfish Tanner Fallon (Loras College). 

Waterloo Bucks 1, Thunder Bay Border Cats 8

The Thunder Bay Border Cats demolished the Waterloo Bucks 8-1. The Border Cats had a great bottom of the seventh inning scoring seven runs to capture the win over the Bucks. Thunder Bay’s Alexander Hernandez (Nova Southeastern (FL)) hit one double along with two RBI. Another solid night was by Jake Engel (Dixie State University (UT)) received one triple and two RBI for the Border Cats. The games winning pitcher was Austin Breazeale (Gateway CC (AZ)) who had one run, three hits, and seven strike outs during his eight inning period of pitching. The losing pitcher was Waterloo’s Jack Parkinson (Rutgers) who pitched a strong six innings giving up one run and three strike outs. 

Duluth Huskies 5, Eau Claire Express 7

The Eau Claire Express rallied and defeated the Duluth Huskies with a final score 7-5. The Express came together as a team in the bottom of the ninth inning scoring six runs to take the win. Nic Kent (Virginia) received one home run and one RBI for the Huskies. Eau Claire’s Nick Lopez (Illinois-Chicago) hit one double and two RBI. The winning pitcher of the game was Received Finck (Illinois-Springfield) who pitched a solid five innings who pitched one run, seven hits, and six strike outs. The losing pitcher was Duluth’s Tim Holdgrafter (Cal Poly Ponoma).
