The Wisconsin Woodchucks and Traverse City Pit Spitters began the night off with a close game and final score of 2-1. The Pit Spitters ended the game strong scoring two runs to capture the win. The Duluth Huskies dominated over the Thunder Bay Border Cats with an ending game score 11-8. Jake Engel (Dixie State University (UT)) hit an impressive two home runs and three RBI. The Waterloo Bucks crushed the Eau Claire Express with a final score 14-6. 

Madison Mallards 6, Fond du Lac Dock Spiders 5

The Madison Mallards defeated the Fond du Lac Dock Spiders in a close battle. The final score was 6-5. Mallards pulled through with the lead and win over the Spiders during the top of the ninth inning scoring one run. Aaron Anderson (Flagler) hit one home run and one RBI for Fond du Lac. Madison’s Drew Benefield (Louisville) had one RBI and one double during tonights game. The winning pitcher was Brain Weissert (Fordham University) while Leon Davidson (NC AT) came in for the save during the last inning of the game. The losing pitcher was Spiders Max Cioffi (Mississippi). 

Kokomo Jackrabbits 1, Battle Creek Bombers 4

The Battle Creek Bombers crushed the Kokomo Jackrabbits with an ending game score 4-1. The Bombers had a total of four runs and seven hits throughout the game. Michael Lee (Panola College) had three RBI for Battle Creek. Josh Sears (Freed Hardeman) and Jack Merrifield (LSU-Eunice) hitting two double. The winning pitcher was Bombers Keith Carpenter (Maryland Eastern Shore) with one run and three hits during his five innings of work. Beaux Bonvillain (Central Oklahoma) had the saving pitch in the last two innings of the game. The losing pitcher was Jackrabbits Lucas Folmar (Mercyhurst). 

Rockford Rivets 7, Wisconsin Rapids Rafters 3

The Rockford Rivets defeated the Wisconsin Rapids Rafters with a strong score 7-3. The Rivets hit a total of seven runs and twelve hits during the game. Andrew Wilhite (Minnesota) hit one home run and one RBI for Rockford. Another great performance was played by Matt Higgins (Bellarmine) with three RBI and one double hit from the Rivets. Rafters Davion Downey (Baylor) attacked the plate with one double and two RBI. The winning pitcher was Jarret Olson (Michigan State) who pitched five innings with two runs, two hits, and two strike outs. The losing pitcher was Wisconsin’s Matt Osterberg (St. Cloud State). 

Lakeshore Chinooks 8, Green Bay Booyah 9

The Green Bay Booyah beat the Lakeshore Chinooks in a close battle during tonights game. The ending game score was 9-8. The Booyah pulled through in the final inning scoring two runs to defeat the Chinooks. Mike Trautwein (Northwestern) hit two home runs while Troy Black (Faulkner) had one home run from Lakeshore. Green Bay’s Joe Mason (Mount Olive) had three home runs along with six RBI. The winning pitcher was Booyah Will Saxton (Florida International) with no runs, no hits, and one strike out during his two inning at the mound. The losing pitcher was Chinooks Ryan Schmit (Butler). 

Waterloo Bucks 14, Eau Claire Express 6

The Waterloo Bucks dominated the Eau Claire Express with a solid final score 14-6. The Bucks had a total of fourteen runs and fourteen hits meaning that each hit they had scored one important play. Dylan Phillips (Kansas State) had three RBI and one double for Waterloo. Eau Claire’s Matt Bottcher (Illinois-Chicago) hit three RBI and one triple during tonights game. The winning pitcher was Jack Parkinson (Rutgers) who pitched five innings with four runs, six hits, and five strike outs. The losing pitcher was Express’ Received Finck (Illinois-Springfield). 

La Crosse Loggers 11, Rochester Honkers 8

The La Crosse Loggers demolished the Rochester Honkers with an impressive 11-8 final score. The Loggers started off strong scoring four runs in the first inning and five runs in the second inning to capture the lead over the Honkers. Rochester’s Andy Armstrong (Oregon State University) and A.J. Miller (University of Oregon) hit one home run along with one RBI. La Crosse’s Tony Bullard (Arizona), JT Schwartz (UCLA), and Hunter Watson (Texas AM) all had home runs and three RBI during tonights game. The winning pitcher was Loggers Jack Filby (UCLA) and Jared Freilich (Penn State) who came in for the save during the last inning. The losing pitcher was Honkers Mike Lopez (Cal State San Marcos). 

St. Cloud Rox 5, Mankato MoonDogs 1

The St. Cloud Rox beat the Mankato MoonDogs with an ending game score of 5-1.The Rox had a total of five runs and eleven hits throughout tonights game. St. Cloud’s Jordan Barth (Augustana University) hit one home run and one RBI. The winning pitcher was Ben Dotzler (Creighton) who pitched six innings giving up one run and striking out four. Pedro Garcia (Georgia Gwinnett College) was the saving pitcher and Mankato’s Trent Baker (Angelo State) pitching a solid eight innings.  

Duluth Huskies 11, Thunder Bay Border Cats 8

The Duluth Huskies won over the Thunder Bay Border Cats with a final score 11-8. In the top of the fifth inning the Huskies had six runs to dominate over the Cats. Border Cats Jake Engel (Dixie State University (UT)) hit two home runs and three RBI. Huskies Alex Tappen (Virginia) had four RBI and one double hit. The winning pitcher of the game was Duluth’s Mason Bryant (Texas) who pitched one inning giving up no runs, one hits, and one strike out. The Thunder Bay’s losing pitcher was Alex Dafoe (Friends University (KS)). 

Bismarck Larks 14, Willmar Stingers 4

The Bismarck Larks beat the Willmast Stingers in a blow out game and final score 14-4. The Larks had two solid innings scoring four runs each in the top of the fifth and ninth inning. Brody Tanksley (Indiana University-Southeast) hit four RBI and Damon Lux (Duke) had two RBI contributing to the Larks strong RBI performance. Stingers Andrew Lucas (CSU-Northridge) had one double and one RBI. The winning pitcher was Josh Gray (LSU-Alexandria) who pitched five innings giving up three runs and striking out eight. The losing pitcher was Stingers Bradley Kinsey (Pittsburg State). 

Kenosha Kingfish 5, Kalamazoo Growlers 6

The Kalamazoo Growlers pulled through for the win over the Kenosha Kingfish. The final score was a close 6-5. Luke Stephenson (Xavier University) hit one home run and two RBI for the Kingfish. Kalamazoo’s Shea Kramer (University of Utah) had three RBI and one double hit. The winning pitcher was Growlers DJ Moore (Huntington University) with three strike outs and no runs during his two inning of work. Eamon Horwedel (Ohio University) was the saving pitcher of the game while Kenosha’s Sam Marhefke (Loras College) was the losing pitcher. 

Wisconsin Woodchucks 1, Traverse City Pit Spitters 2

The Traverse City Pit Spitters defeated the Wisconsin Woodchucks in a close battle 2-1. The Pit Spitters scored both of their runs in the bottom of the ninth to capture the win over the Woodchucks. Kam Smith (Northern Illinois) hit one RBI and Jake Arnold (University of North Georgia) had one double for Traverse City. The winning pitcher was Luke Little (San Jacinto College) who pitched one inning giving up no runs, no hits, and striking out two batters. The losing pitcher was Wisconsins Greyson Fletcher (FIU) who pitched a solid eight innings with two runs and five strike outs.
