Traverse City Pit Spitters Chad Patrick (Purdue Northwest) was awarded pitcher of the night after the the Pit Spitters shut out the Kalamazoo Growlers. The final score was a solid 8-0. Patrick pitched seven innings who gave up no runs, three hits, and seven strike outs. His current ERA is a 3.75.
The Pit Spitters will compete against the Kenosha Kingfish tomorrow August 1 at 7:05 pm.
