The Mankato MoonDogs and Waterloo Bucks started the night off in a battle ending the game 1-0. The MoonDogs came out on top over the Bucks with a solid pitching performance. The winning pitcher was Fabian Muniz (Angelo State) who gave up no runs, four hits, and seven strike outs during his eight innings of work. The Wisconsin Rapids Rafters defeated the Kokomo Jackrabbits with a close final score of 6-5. A strong performance was by Wisconsin’s Davion Downey (Baylor) hit one home run along with four RBI.

La Crosse Loggers 5, Bismarck Larks 4

The La Crosse Loggers came through for the win over the Bismarck Larks tonight in an extra inning battle. The final score was a nail-bitting 5-4. La Crosse’s Tony Bullard (Arizona) hit two RBI and Kyson Donahue (Arizona) received two doubles during tonights game. Bismarck’s Jack Chernow (Columbia) and Brody Tanksley (Indiana University- Southeast) both had one double and one RBI. The Loggers winning pitcher was Jack Filby (UCLA) who pitched two innings with two runs and one strike out. The saving pitcher was Matthew Richey (Bradley) while the losing pitcher was Larks Drew Hensley (Indiana University- Southeast). 

Kokomo Jackrabbits 5, Wisconsin Rapids Rafters 6

Another close game between the Kokomo Jackrabbits and Wisconsin Rapids Rafters ending the game with a final score of 6-5. The Rafters started the first few innings scoring four runs to defeat the Jackrabbits tonight. Wisconsin’s Davion Downey (Baylor) hit one home run along with four RBI. The games winning pitcher was Rafters Nathan Hemmerling (Lakeland) who pitched a solid six innings giving up two runs, four hits, and striking out five. The saving pitcher was Brayden Bonner (Dixie State) while the losing pitcher was Kokomo’s Matt Fiorini (University of Saint Francis). 

Traverse City Pit Spitters 2, Green Bay Booyah 14

The Green Bay Booyah dominated the Traverse City Pit Spitters shutting down the Spitters with a final score of 14-2. The Booyah had an impressive nine runs during the bottom of the eighth inning to capture the win over the Pit Spitters. Nick Kreutzer (Arkansas Pine Bluff) hit one home run along with one double and three RBI from Green Bay. Another solid performance was by Mike Ruggiero (Wagner) who received four RBI and one double. The games winning pitcher was Garrett Martin (Marian) who gave up one run and three strike outs during his six innings of work. The losing pitcher was Traverse Cities Chase Gearing (Saginaw Valley State). 

Rochester Honkers 3, St. Cloud Rox 5

The St. Cloud Rox defeated the Rochester Honkers with a final score of 5-3. The Honkers tried to steal of the win over the Rox during the ninth innings scoring three runs but it wasn’t enough. Jordan Barth (Augustana University) hit one home run along with two RBI for St. Cloud. The winning pitcher was Trevor Koenig (St. Cloud State) who pitched eight innings with no runs, five hits, and six strike outs. The saving pitcher was Rox Blake Stelzer (Concordia University- St. Paul) while the losing pitcher was Rochester’s Marty Tolson Jr. (Maryland- Eastern Shore). 

Duluth Huskies 2, Thunder Bay Border Cats 3

The Thunder Bay Border Cats pulled through for the win over the Duluth Huskies during tonights game. The ending game score was a close 3-2. The Border Cats rallied during the bottom of the ninth scoring the winning run to defeat the Huskies. Duluth’s Nico Lima (Oxnard) hit one home run along with one RBI. Thunder Bay’s Ryne Edmondson (Houston Baptist University) received one double and one RBI. The winning pitcher was Jordan Jackson (University of Nevada-Reno) who pitched a solid three innings giving up no runs, no hits, and two strike outs. The losing pitcher was Huskies Justin Moore (Stanford). 

Madison Mallards 6, Rockford Rivets 7

The Rockford Rivets defeated date Madison Mallards with an ending game score of 7-6. The Rivets came out of the gates swinging scoring four runs during the bottom of the first inning to capture the lead over the Mallards. Tom Josten (Central Florida) hit one home run along with one RBI for Rockford. Another solid performance was by Alex Steinbach (Illinois) received one double and two RBI. Rivets winning pitcher was Colin Kelly (St. Francis (IL)) pitched five innings with one run and three strike outs. The saving pitcher was Tanner Propst (Louisiana Tech) while the losing pitcher was Mallards Trevor Marreel (Washburn University). 

Kalamazoo Growlers 2, Fond du Lac Dock Spiders 5

The Fond du Lac Dock Spiders crushed the Kalamazoo Growlers with a final score of 5-2. The Spiders hit a total of five runs and sixteen hits throughout tonights game. Fond du Lac’s Otto Grimm (Minnesota) hit two RBI. The Growlers Nick Neville (University of South Carolina) who received one double and two RBI. The winning pitcher was Evan Sankey (North Dakota St.) who gave up two runs, five hits, and twelve strike outs during his eight innings of work. The saving pitchers Spiders Aaron Funk (Arkansas- Little Rock) while the losing pitcher was Spencer Juergens (University of Missouri).

Wisconsin Woodchucks, Lakeshore Chinooks 

Tonight’s game in Lakeshore between the Chinooks and the Woodchucks has been suspended in the 5th inning.The game will be completed to nine innings tomorrow in Lakeshore starting at 11:00. The regularly scheduled game will start thirty minutes after the conclusion of the first game but no earlier than 1:35.

The Mankato MoonDogs shut out the Waterloo Bucks with a low scoring win during tonights game. The ending game score was a close 1-0. The MoonDogs had a total of one run and five hits throughout the game. Josh Elvir (Angelo State) hit one home run along with one RBI for Mankato. The Bucks Dylan Phillips (Kansas State) had one triple. The winning pitcher was Fabian Muniz (Angelo State) who gave up no runs, four hits, and seven strike outs during his eight innings of work. The saving pitcher was Jack Pilcher (Butler) during the last innings for the MoonDogs. The losing pitcher of the game was Waterloo’s Jack Parkinson (Rutgers) who pitched a strong six innings with seven strike outs. 

Eau Claire Express 4, Willmar Stingers 2

The Eau Claire Express beat the Willmar Stingers with an ending game score 4-2. The Express had a total of four runs and eight hits throughout tonights game. Eau Claire’s Cole Cabrera (Cal Poly) hit one home run along with one RBI. Kaden Fowler (Georgia) also scored one home run and one RBI for the Stingers. Express’ winning pitcher was Paul Petit (Minnesota-Duluth) who pitched six innings of work giving up one run and five strike outs. The games saving pitcher was Eau Claire’s Peyton Sherlin (Dallas Baptist) while the losing pitcher was Willmar’s Christopher Peres (La Verne). 

Kenosha Kingfish 15, Battle Creek Bombers 5

The Kenosha Kingfish demolished the Battle Creek Bombers with an impressive final score of 15-5. The Kingfish crushed the top of the second innings scoring six runs to further capture their lead over the Bombers. Kenosha’s Jake Cosgrove (University of California-Irvine) hitting two doubles along with his teammate Mike Jarvis (San Diego State University) with one RBI and one double. Kolby Johnson (Central Arkansas) received three RBI and one double for Battle Creek. The games winning pitcher was Anderson Strunk (Mott Community College) with two runs and five strike outs during his six innings at the mound. The losing pitcher was Bombers Blaine Parker (Panola College).
