Ben Schoneman (Colorado School of Mines) was dealing on Friday night, as he threw five scoreless innings and recorded 14 strikeouts in a 10-8 win for Mandan over the Bismarck Larks that catapulted the Flickertails into first place in the North Dakota pod.
Schoneman scattered five hits while recording six strikeouts and walking one batter. He has yet to allow a run this season, as he has made two starts, throwing 10 innings and allowing seven hits while recording 14 strikeouts.
