Noah Kandel (Tiffin University) had his best outing of the season on Monday night, as he picked up the save in an 8-3 Larks win over the Mandan Flickertails.

Kandel came on in the top of the seventh inning, and proceeded to throw a gem, allowing just one hit and no runs while recording a season-high six strikeouts. This was his third appearance of the season. He has thrown seven and two-thirds of an inning, allowing three earned runs while recording 13 strikeouts. His season ERA has dropped to 3.52, though he hasn’t allowed an earned run since June 15.
