Dylan Dennis (Loyola Marymount) was hit by a pitch, doubled, and brought in a run for the Kokomo Jackrabbits in their 4-3 win against the Kalamazoo Growlers. Chris Santiago (Saint Mary’s) walked, singled, and scored a run. David Coppedge (University of Virginia) singled, doubled, and scored a run for Kalamazoo. 

 

Battle Creek Bombers 21 Wisconsin Woodchucks 7 

The Battle Creek Bombers scored seven runs in the fifth inning en route to a 21-7 victory over the Wisconsin Woodchucks. Mason Sykes (University of Toledo) led the offense with five hits. Stephen Reid (Georgia Tech) hit his first home run of the season for the Woodchucks. 

 

Kenosha Kingfish 11 Rockford Rivets 10 

Carmine Lane (University of South Florida) walked, singled, and homered in the Kenosha Kingfish’s 11-10 win over the Rockford Rivets. Chase Estep (University of Kentucky) hit his first home run of the season. Philip Matulia (Louisiana Tech University) singled, doubled twice, tripled, and homered for Rockford. 

 

Green Bay Booyah 8 Lakeshore Chinooks 0

Dalton Pearson (Georgia State University) had five hits, scored a run, and collected an RBI in the Green Bay Booyah’s 8-0 victory over the Lakeshore Chinooks. Mykel Page (Southern University and A&M College) threw eight scoreless innings. The Chinooks collected just two hits. 

 

Duluth Huskies 8 Eau Claire Express 3

Michael Brooks (University of Central Florida) and Jesse Pierce (University of Arkansas) each doubled and homered for the Duluth Huskies as they defeated the Eau Claire Express 8-3. Mike Boeve (University of Nebraska-Omaha) walked twice, singled, scored once, and brought in a run. Anthony Chavez (Cal State University, Chico) hit three singles, scored a run, and collected an RBI for Eau Claire. 

 

La Crosse Loggers 10 Willmar Stingers 0 

The La Crosse Loggers scored six runs in the first inning en route to a 10-0 win over the Willmar Stingers. Every Loggers batter reached base at least once. Carter Howell (Augustana University) drew two walks for the Stingers. 

 

St. Cloud Rox 6 Bismarck Larks 0 

Jack Winkler (University of San Francisco) singled and hit his first home run of the season for the St. Cloud Rox in their 6-0 victory against the Bismarck Larks. Trent Schoeberl (University of Minnesota) threw six shutout innings. Brant Schaffitzel (Drury University) walked twice and singled for Bismarck.
