Kokomo Jackrabbits 5 Wisconsin Woodchucks 1

The Kokomo Jackrabbits scored five runs in the seventh inning en route to a 5-1 victory over the Wisconsin Woodchucks. Chase Meidroth (San Diego) doubled and brought in two runs. Stephen Reid (Georgia Tech) walked, singled twice, and scored the Woodchucks’ only run.   

 

Madison Mallards 7 Kalamazoo Growlers 6

Cam Frederick (Creighton University) walked, singled twice, scored a run, and collected two RBI for the Madison Mallards in their 7-6 win over the Kalamazoo Growlers. Alex Iadisernia (Elon University) singled, tripled, scored once, and brought in two runs. Brett Barrera (Stanford University) singled and homered for Kalamazoo. 

 

Rockford Rivets 9 Battle Creek Bombers 1 

Ross Thompson (Heidelberg University) threw seven shutout innings for the Rockford Rivets in their 9-1 win over the Battle Creek Bombers. Daniel Cantu (University of South Florida) tripled, scored once, and brought in two runs. Aaron Beck (Indiana State University) singled, tripled, and scored the Bombers’ only run. 

 

Lakeshore Chinooks 3 Wisconsin Rapids Rafters 1 

Kai Murphy (Arizona State University) singled, tripled, and brought in two runs as the Lakeshore Chinooks defeated the Wisconsin Rapids Rafters 3-1. Stephen Hrustich (Northwestern University) walked, doubled twice, and brought in a run. Andrew Duran (University of New Orleans) singled and scored the Rafters’ lone run. 

 

Green Bay Booyah 13 Kenosha Kingfish 5

Every Green Bay Booyah batter recorded at least one hit as the Booyah won 13-5 over the Kenosha Kingfish. Jake Berg (Jacksonville University) walked twice and homered. Chase Estep (University of Kentucky) singled, doubled, and brought in two runs for Kenosha. 

 

Mankato MoonDogs 11 Waterloo Bucks 8

Cole Andavolgyi (University of Nevada, Las Vegas) singled twice and brought in three runs for the Mankato MoonDogs in their 11-8 win against the Waterloo Bucks. Matthew Higgins (Bellarmine University) singled twice and brought in two runs. Garrett McGowan (Pittsburgh State) singled twice, scored once, and brought in three runs for the Bucks. 

 

Duluth Huskies 6 Rochester Honkers 0 

Bryan Broecker (Michigan State University) singled, doubled, and brought in three runs as the Duluth Huskies shut out the Rochester Honkers 6-0. Jonny Guzman (San Diego State University) threw seven scoreless innings.  Jackson Forbes had the Honkers’ only hit. 

 

La Crosse Loggers 7 St. Cloud Rox 4 

Ronald Sweeny III (University of Minnesota) walked, singled, and hit two home runs in the La Crosse Loggers’ 7-4 win over the St. Cloud Rox. Brandon Fields (University of South Carolina) singled and brought in a run. Bobby Goodloe (Texas Christian University) was hit by a pitch, drew two walks, singled, and brought in two Rox runs. 

 

Bismarck Larks 3 Eau Claire Express 2 

Cole Roberts (Loyola Marymount University) singled in the bottom of the ninth inning to bring Spencer Sarringar (Northern State University) home to score the winning run as the Bismarck Larks walked off 3-2 against the Eau Claire Express. Cal James (University of Mary) hit a sacrifice fly to bring Khalid Collymore (University of Montevallo) in to tie the game earlier in the inning. Eddie Park (Stanford University) doubled and brought in a run for Eau Claire. 

 

Fond du Lac Dock Spiders 5 Traverse City Pit Spitters 4

McGwire Holbrook (West Virginia University) hit three singles and a double and brought in two runs for the Fond du Lac Dock Spiders in their 5-4 win against the Traverse City Pit Spitters. Tavian Josenberger (University of Kansas) tripled, scored once, and brought in a run. Michael Stygles (Oakland University) singled twice, scored a run, and collected an RBI for the Pit Spitters. 

 

Willmar Stingers 10 Minnesota Mud Puppies 6 

Grant Kerry (Northwest Nazarene University) singled, doubled twice, scored two runs, and collected four RBI in the Willmar Stingers’ 10-6 victory over the Minnesota Mud Puppies. William Hamiter (University of Alabama) walked, hit three singles and a double, scored three runs, and brought in a run. Peter Brookshaw (North Dakota State University) singled, doubled twice, scored two runs, and collected an RBI for the Mud Puppies.
