Clark Derek (Northwood University) earns Northwoods League Pitcher of the Night for his first time this season. Derek threw six complete innings with nine strikeouts and allowed only two runs to score. As the Traverse City Pit Spitters defeated the Kokomo Jackrabbits Derek received his first win on the mound with his second appearance this season.
The Traverse City Pit Spitters will host the Rockford Rivets tomorrow at 5:05pm.
