Aaron Forest (Doane University) from the Traverse City Pit Spitters earned Northwoods League Pitcher of the Night throwing a complete nine innings with two strikeouts giving up three hits and allowed zero runs to score. Forest’s outstanding performance led the Pit Spitters to their 11th win of the second half of the season. Forest has thrown a total of 44 innings with 34 strikeouts on the season so far.
The Traverse City Pit Spitters will play against the Kokomo Jackrabbits tomorrow at 6:35pm.
