Easton Johnson (Creighton University) from the Traverse City Pit Spitters earned Northwoods League Pitcher of the Night throwing seven innings with five strikeouts giving up only three hits and allowed zero runs to score. Johnson led the Pit Spitters to their third win in a row and their 26th victory of the season. Johnson has thrown a total of 29.2 innings with 21 strikeouts on the season so far.
The Traverse City Pit Spitters will host the Kokomo Jackrabbits tomorrow at 7:05pm.
