Interns with the Dyersville team not only learn what it takes to run a baseball club on a daily basis, but also get the opportunity to work in an exciting, fast-paced environment.\u00a0 With preparing for and delivering 36 home games, interns have the opportunity for a well-rounded experience.<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center\">Come work with the Northwoods League newest team and connect yourself with a growing league as you gain valuable experience while having a fun-filled season. The Dyersville team will provide you the opportunity to be involved in every possible aspect of the organization, which may include tickets sales, on-field promotions, merchandising, media relations, video production, and more.<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center\">The Dyersville team will provide a stipend with each internship opportunity.\u00a0 Interns are expected to be available for all home games.<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>AVAILABLE INTERNSHIPS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are\u00a0<em><strong>NOW ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS !<\/strong><\/em> The internships listed below may change, and additional internships may be added as necessary. service<\/li>\n<li>Call on all warm leads to offer Flex Plans<\/li>\n<li>Generate leads, prospecting for new potential buyers<\/li>\n<li>Work in Ticket Window on gamedays to sell tickets to walk-up buyers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Community Relations Internship<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with set up on-field performances from community programs<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate National Anthem performances<\/li>\n<li>Assist with player and mascot appearances in community<\/li>\n<li>Assist in coordinating all fundraisers on gamedays for non-profits<\/li>\n<li>Assist in coordinating all Dream Teams and High Five Teams on gamedays<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Social Media\/Graphics\/Videoboard Internship\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead all social media platforms for the Dreamers including but not limited to the following: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and create content to run on said platforms on a regular basis to promote the Dreamers brand and experience on gamedays<\/li>\n<li>Assist in Dreamers gameday ballpark setup needs<\/li>\n<li>Lead the graphic creation and carrying out of all videoboard presentations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Corporate Hospitality Internship\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with Director of Group Sales on prospecting for new business<\/li>\n<li>Work with group outing leaders on coordinating logistics for outing at the ballpark\n<ul>\n<li>Ex: Final numbers, menu, payment, and ticket delivery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Assist with executing outings at The Professional Ballpark at the Field of Dreams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Operations\/Video Team Member<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with Clubhouse needs for Dreamers players<\/li>\n<li>Assist Operations Director in executing of gameday itineraries including but not limited to pre\/post game meals and team laundry<\/li>\n<li>Assist in Dreamers gameday ballpark setup needs<\/li>\n<li>Assist in carrying out the video stream production before and during the game<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Broadcasting\/Media Relations Internship<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as the on-air \u201cVoice of the Dreamers\u201d for all video broadcasts of Dreamers home games<\/li>\n<li>Work with the Video Team to ensure all gameday broadcasts are an elite presentation<\/li>\n<li>Write and publish game recaps on the Dreamers website for all games (home and away)<\/li>\n<li>Assist with Social Media postings\/updates that are team-related when Dreamers are on the road<\/li>\n<li>Create the gameday publications\u00a0 to highlight the matchup, standings, statistics etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Video Director Internship<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate the planning, carryout, and execution of all broadcasts for Dreamers home games<\/li>\n<li>Serve as the on-air Director of the Video Team for all Dreamers home games<\/li>\n<li>Work with the Northwoods League to make sure all requirements meet the standard of the League<\/li>\n<li>Work with FloSports and other outside affiliates on special occasions to make sure their needs are met<\/li>\n<li>Work with the Video Production\/Graphics Coordinator to create, build, and produce Dreamers pre-game shows on gamedays<\/li>\n<li>Internship includes online\/tutorial training as provided by the Northwoods League<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Video Production\/Graphics Internship<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate the planning, carryout, and execution of all broadcasts for Dreamers home games<\/li>\n<li>Upload team and league commercials to run during games<\/li>\n<li>Ensure graphics for the season have been imported into the system<\/li>\n<li>Work with the Northwoods League to make sure all requirements meet the standard of the League<\/li>\n<li>Work with FloSports and other outside affiliates on special occasions to make sure their needs are met<\/li>\n<li>Work with the Video Production Director to create, build, and produce Dreamers pre-game shows on gamedays<\/li>\n<li>Breakdown highlights\/replays on a gameday bases to send to social media teams, news affiliates, and\/or the Northwoods League<\/li>\n<li>Internship includes online\/tutorial training as provided by the Northwoods League<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Music\/Entertainment Internship<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be the DJ for all Dreamers home games!<\/li>\n<li>Set playlists for designated theme nights and nightly promotions<\/li>\n<li>Work with players on walkup music<\/li>\n<li>Build database of song catalog in Dreamers music computer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Retail Management Internship\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee all inventory during the season<\/li>\n<li>Oversee and implement the Dreamers Online Store during the season<\/li>\n<li>Track all inventory, cost of goods, gross sales, and report to Team President and accountant as needed<\/li>\n<li>Run the Retail Store at The Professional Ballpark for all home games, executing sales<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Promotions\/Street Team (Marketing) Internship\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate, setup and carry out all in-game, on-field promotions during the season<\/li>\n<li>Work with the press box (PA, Music, video) to put on a fan-engaging show each night<\/li>\n<li>Actively engage with fans by providing top-notch customer service and create a family-friendly, fun environment<\/li>\n<li>Serve as a leader on the Dreamers
