$50 for each membership. Membership lasts for one season.

- Print the Silver Sluggers Registration Form and fill it out OR fill out the form below (be sure to note size of t-shirt)
- Mail your printed registration form to the Express office OR wait for an Express representative to contact you if you fill out the online form
