Brandon Dieter, Vincent Martinez and Jonathan Worley will all make the trip from The Golden State to America\u2019s Dairyland to play for the Express this season. The Cardinals are ranked third in the nation with a 15-3 record to this point in the season. They have won their last six games and began their PAC 12 schedule a week ago with a weekend sweep of Utah, 3-0.<\/p>\n<table width=\"620\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"146\"><strong>Brandon Dieter<\/strong><\/td>\n<td width=\"42\"><strong>INF<\/strong><\/td>\n<td width=\"44\"><strong>6\u20190\u201d<\/strong><\/td>\n<td width=\"40\"><strong>175<\/strong><\/td>\n<td width=\"35\"><strong>Fr. <\/strong><\/td>\n<td width=\"139\"><strong>Covina, Ca<\/strong><\/td>\n<td width=\"174\"><strong>Stanford <\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>Brandon Dieter, a freshman from Covina, California has had an excellent start with the Cardinals in his first season with the team. While occupying a center infield role for Stanford, Dieter has played in and started 17 contests this spring, at second or short, and has compiled a .204 batting average with six RBIs and one extra base knock. Dieter prepped at South Hills High School in West Covina, California, where he won All-League, All-Academic and League MVP and a CIF Division II State Championship in 2016.<\/p>\n<table width=\"619\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"150\"><strong>Vincent Martinez <\/strong><\/td>\n<td width=\"37\"><strong>C<\/strong><\/td>\n<td width=\"41\"><strong>6\u20192\u201d<\/strong><\/td>\n<td width=\"40\"><strong>220<\/strong><\/td>\n<td width=\"28\"><strong>Fr.<\/strong><\/td>\n<td width=\"143\"><strong>San Marcos. CA<\/strong><\/td>\n<td width=\"180\"><strong>Stanford <\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>A freshman catcher for the Cardinals, Vincent Martinez prepped at San Marcos High School in San Marcos, California. There, Martinez was recognized for his performances in and out of the classroom. In 2018 Martinez was awarded Team MVP, League MVP and First-team All-League honors as well as being recognized as a three-time CIF All-Academic team member, all while San Marcos won three League Championships from 2016-2018.<\/p>\n<table width=\"619\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"150\"><strong>Jonathan Worley<\/strong><\/td>\n<td width=\"37\"><strong>P<\/strong><\/td>\n<td width=\"41\"><strong>6\u20195\u201d<\/strong><\/td>\n<td width=\"40\"><strong>200<\/strong><\/td>\n<td width=\"28\"><strong>Jr.<\/strong><\/td>\n<td width=\"143\"><strong>San Diego, CA<\/strong><\/td>\n<td width=\"180\"><strong>Stanford <\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>Jonathan Worley completes the trio of Cardinals flying to Eau Claire this summer. The junior from San Diego, California has been working back into form after missing his freshman season with the Cardinals due to Tommy John surgery. Worley, a four-year varsity player for High Tech High School, was a three-time all-league award winner, the 2014 and 2015 All-League Pitcher of the Year, a two-time Under Armour Preseason All-American and was a Perfect Game California All-Region First-Team selection.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;margin: 0in 0in 7.5pt 0in\" align=\"center\">###<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in;margin-bottom: .0001pt;text-align: justify\"><em>The Eau Claire Express are a member of the finest developmental league for elite college baseball players, the Northwoods League.
