\"\"Eau Claire, Wis. \u2013 The Eau Claire Express expanded their front office with the hiring Wisconsin native Zach Scherr to an Inside Sales position.<\/p>\n

Originally from Marshfield, Wisconsin, Zac grew up supporting the Marshfield Chaparrals, an amateur baseball team playing in the Wisconsin Amateur Baseball Association. Scherr moved to Eau Claire in 2010 where he enrolled at Chippewa Valley Technical College, graduating with an Associate\u2019s Degree of Applied Science in Marketing Management. Scherr most recently worked in the banking industry and has strived to make a positive impact on the community of Eau Claire. Additionally, Scherr was previously an intern for Country Jam USA as a member of the All Access Crew.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ve always dreamed of working in the sports world,\u201d said Scherr. \u201cSports have always been a huge part of my life, and the Express has really made me feel at home.\u201d<\/p>\n

Scherr will oversee the team\u2019s ticket packages including Kwik Trip 5-Game Packs, Friends and Family packages, and group outings on the Fan Deck, grandstand and throughout general admission.<\/p>\n

“Zac’s personality and desire to succeed are two things that have stood out to me the most during his first few weeks with the team”,\u00a0said Jacob Servais, General Manager of the Eau Claire Express. “Zac is not afraid\u00a0to chat with anyone about anything, and that is the number one recipe to succeed in a position like this. I am excited to see how Zac’s passion for serving and customer service translates from the phones to the ballpark this summer.”<\/p>\n
