Gates Open<\/strong><\/p>\n

Gates open one hour before game start time.<\/p>\n

Vouchers<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Vouchers are good for a ticket to a regular season Dock Spiders game of your choice, unless specified otherwise on the voucher. Vouchers may be upgraded, based upon availability.<\/li>\n
  • Vouchers can be exchanged in person at the Dock Spiders Ticket Office.<\/li>\n
  • Vouchers can NOT be exchanged online and redemption is based on availability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Rain Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n

    An official rainout may not be determined until game time or later. If a game is canceled due to inclement weather, the following will apply:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • Tickets may be exchanged for a ticket of the same value (or upgraded) for any remaining Dock Spiders regular season home game that season. (Based upon availability).<\/li>\n
    • Picnics will go on, regardless of inclement weather, at their scheduled time. If at the conclusion of the picnic the game should be canceled, you may exchange your game ticket for another game. You may exchange your tickets as a group or on an individual basis. If a game is canceled prior to the gates opening due to extreme conditions, you have the option of rescheduling the picnic. (Based upon availability)<\/li>\n
    • Rain tickets must be exchanged in person at the Dock Spiders box office.<\/li>\n
    • Rain tickets can NOT be exchanged online.<\/li>\n
    • There will be NO REFUNDS on tickets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Rain Policy Terminology<\/strong><\/p>\n

      Rain Delay<\/strong><\/p>\n

      A game that is under a rain delay is in an official delay but will potentially resume play later that day. Tickets cannot be exchanged in the event a game delayed by rain becomes an official game. If the start of the start of the game is ever delayed by one hour or more, all tickets will be treated as rain tickets and can be exchanged at the box office for a remaining regular season home game that season.<\/p>\n

      Rainout\/Postponement <\/strong><\/p>\n

      In the event 5 innings of a game are not played except when the Dock Spiders are in the lead at the end of 4.5 innings, your ticket will be good for exchange for the same priced ticket to a regular season Dock Spiders home game that season, based on availability (excludes special events & playoff games).<\/p>\n

      Special Offers or Coupons<\/strong><\/p>\n

      All special offers and coupons must be redeemed at the Dock Spiders box office.<\/p>\n

      Discounts may not be combined.<\/p>\n

      You can NOT redeem special offers or coupons over the phone or online.<\/p>\n

      Unused Tickets<\/strong><\/p>\n

      Unused tickets from a regular season game can be exchanged for any regular season game during the regular season. All exchanges and upgrades must be made at the Dock Spiders Ticket Office located at Marian University\u2019s Herr-Baker Field at least 24 HOURS PRIOR<\/strong> to the game being exchanged. All tickets are subject to availability.<\/p>\n

      Package Holder Ticket Exchange Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n

      A benefit of being a season ticket holder is flexibility! With the purchase of a season ticket package, you will be able to exchange any ticket for any game as long as it is 24 hours prior to game time! We understand that schedules change, any unused ticket can be exchanged for a fee to any regular season game.<\/p>\n

      Types of Payment<\/strong><\/p>\n

      Cash, Check, Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover)<\/p>\n

      Will-Call<\/strong><\/p>\n

      Will-Call is where advanced ticket orders can be picked up. To claim your tickets, make sure to bring a picture ID and the credit card used to purchase the tickets. Will Call is located to the right of the main ticket windows, in-between the main ticket windows and the main entrance.<\/p>\n

      Entry
      \n<\/strong><\/p>\n

      Gates open 65-minutes prior to the scheduled first pitch (game time).
      \nBags are allowed and will be checked upon entry. No food, beverages, or weapons are allowed.
      \nDiaper bags and medical bags are allowed and will be checked upon entry.
      \nStrollers are allowed.
      \nRe-entry is allowed with a hand stamp by a gate usher.
      \nChildren two years and under do not need a ticket provided they do not occupy a seat.
      \nHandicapped seating is available throughout the stadium upon request.<\/p>\n

      Children<\/strong><\/p>\n

      Children 2 years of age and younger do not need a ticket as long as they sit on an adults lap. If a child needs their own seat, they will need a ticket for that seat.<\/p>\n

      Online Orders<\/strong><\/p>\n

      Online orders are final.<\/p>\n

      There are NO refunds for online orders.<\/p>\n

      You can NOT exchange rain tickets, vouchers, coupons or special offers online.<\/p>\n
