{"id":2346,"date":"2019-04-01T16:39:41","date_gmt":"2019-04-01T21:39:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/northwoodsleague.com\/fond-du-lac-dock-spiders\/?p=2346"},"modified":"2019-06-04T09:57:50","modified_gmt":"2019-06-04T14:57:50","slug":"dock-spiders-add-three-more-players","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/northwoodsleague.com\/fond-du-lac-dock-spiders\/2019\/04\/01\/dock-spiders-add-three-more-players\/","title":{"rendered":"Dock Spiders Add Three More Players"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>FOND DU LAC, WI \u2013 The Fond du Lac Dock Spiders are excited to announce three more additions to the 2019 roster.\u00a0 Nathan Thomas (Northern Illinois), Tate Kolwyck (Vanderbilt), and Cam McMillan (Vanderbilt) will all be joining the Dock Spiders this summer.<\/p>\n<p>Thomas, a junior right-handed pitcher, is currently in his third season with the Huskies and will coming back to Fond du Lac for his second stint with the Dock Spiders.\u00a0 Thomas appeared in seven games for the Dock Spiders during the 2018 season recording two saves and posting a 0.00 ERA during eight innings pitched.<\/p>\n<p>Kolwyck, a 6\u20190\u201d freshman middle infielder from Vanderbilt, is currently in his first spring season with the team. Originally from Memphis, TN, he was ranked as Tennessee\u2019s No. 2 shortstop and 10<sup>th<\/sup> overall player in the class of 2018 by Perfect Game.\u00a0 He was a first-team all-state player in both baseball and football as well as a team captain for both teams as a junior and senior.<\/p>\n<p>McMillan is a 6\u20195\u201d redshirt freshman infielder from Vanderbilt University.\u00a0 Originally from Kansas City, MO, he was ranked as Missouri\u2019s top overall player and the nation\u2019s No. 38 shortstop in the class of 2018 by Perfect Game.\u00a0 He also lettered two years in baseball at St. Thomas Aquinas under coach Lorne Parks.<\/p>\n<p>The Fond du Lac Dock Spiders have several great ticket options for our fans for the upcoming 2019 season.
