\n<\/strong>Silica For Your Home to Donate $50 for Each Dock Spiders Stolen Base at Home!<\/em><\/p>\n

FOND DU LAC, WI \u2013 The Fond du Lac Dock Spiders, Silica For Your Home, and the Boys & Girls Club of Fond du Lac have joined forces once again to support youth in the community. Each time a Dock Spiders player steals a base at home this season (including playoffs), Silica For Your Home will donate $50 to the Boys & Girls Club of Fond du Lac. The 2025 season marks the fourth season of the popular program that has supported youth in the community. Last season, Silica For Your Home donated $3,500 to the Boys & Girls Club of Fond du Lac for Dock Spiders stolen bases.<\/p>\n

\u201cSilica For Your Home is excited to build on our partnership with the Fond du Lac Dock Spiders for another season in support of the Boys & Girls Club of Fond du Lac,\u201d said Silica For Your Home President Josh Schneider. \u201cWith every stolen base at home, we\u2019re not just cheering on a big moment in the game \u2014 we\u2019re creating real opportunities for local kids to learn, grow, and succeed. It\u2019s a fun and meaningful way to turn excitement on the field into lasting impact in our community, and we\u2019re proud to be part of it.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cSilica For Your Home and the Fond du Lac Dock Spiders really bring the excitement with this promotion,\u201d said Boys & Girls Club of Fond du Lac CEO Dan Hebel. \u201cSupport from this collective effort is an investment in the well-being of kids in our community. We’ll be cheering along as the Dock Spiders burn rubber around the bases this summer!”<\/p>\n

In addition to providing a donation to the Boys & Girls Club of Fond du Lac for each Dock Spiders stolen base at home this season, Silica For Your Home has partnered with the Dock Spiders for a Caleb Durbin bobblehead giveaway for the first 500 fans on Friday, July 10. Durbin made his Major League debut in 2025 for the Milwaukee Brewers and was traded to the Boston Red Sox this past offseason.<\/p>\n

The Dock Spiders will begin their 10th<\/sup> season of Northwoods League play during the spring of 2026. Information about ticket packages is currently available at dockspiders.com<\/strong><\/a> or by calling the ticket office at (920) 907-9833. The Fond du Lac Dock Spiders are a member of the finest developmental league for elite college baseball players, the Northwoods League. The Northwoods League is the proven leader in the development of elite college baseball players. Now in its\u2019 32nd<\/sup> season, the Northwoods League is the largest organized baseball league in history with 24 teams, drawing significantly more fans, in a friendly ballpark experience, than any league of its kind. A valuable training ground for coaches, umpires, and front office staff, nearly 2400 NWL alums have been drafted and over 400 Northwoods League players have advanced to Major League Baseball, including three-time All-Star and 2016 Roberto Clemente Award winner Curtis Granderson, three-time Cy Young Award winner and World Series Champion Max Scherzer (TOR), two-time World Series Champions Ben Zobrist and Brandon Crawford and World Series Champion Chris Sale (ATL). As well as 2019 Rookie of the Year and 2019\/2021 Home Run Derby Champion Pete Alonso (NYM) and 2023 World Series Champion, MLB All-Star, MLB Gold Glove, two-time Silver Slugger winner and two-time All-MLB first team shortstop Marcus Semien (TEX).
