FOND DU LAC, WI– The Fond du Lac Dock Spiders (6-7) fell yet again for the fourth straight game to the Wisconsin Woodchucks (8-5). The Dock Spiders offense couldn\u2019t get anything going as they fell behind in the fifth inning.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

The Dock Spiders opened up the game with a promising 1-0 lead. <\/span>Zack Prajzner (Notre Dame) <\/span>led the game off with a walk against his Notre Dame teammate Brian Morrell. Prajzner would come around and score on the <\/span>Kellen Sarver (Illinois) <\/span>RBI single. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

It would be Sarver\u2019s first at-bat for the Dock Spiders this year. After that the offense went cold and couldn\u2019t find a way to manufacture anymore runs.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

The Woodchucks faced <\/span>Jonathon Cowles (Colorado-Colorado Springs) <\/span>who went four shutout innings, before hitting a rough patch in the fifth. The lead off man got on after being hit then a walk and a single to give the Woodchucks their first lead of the game. <\/span><\/p>\n

The Woodchucks would score three more times after that and combine for five runs from the fifth through seventh innings. The Woodchucks got a lead off man on in seven of the nine innings. <\/span><\/p>\n

The Dock Spiders will need to shake this one off and find their way back into the win column tomorrow night as they face the Woodchucks on the road for a 6:35 PM CST first pitch. <\/span><\/p>\n
