FOND DU LAC, WI \u2013 The business office and team store of the Fond du Lac Dock Spiders have officially reopened to the public.\u00a0 The Dock Spiders resumed full-time operations this morning at 9:00 am after being closed for the past ten weeks.<\/p>\n

The team will continue to adhere to CDC guidelines for prevention of the spread of COVID-19 by following social distancing protocols within the office along with frequent cleaning and sanitizing.\u00a0 Masks are encouraged, but not required for guests.<\/p>\n

Regular business hours for both the front office and the team store are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.\u00a0 Fans may order from the team store online through this link at any time<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The Dock Spiders season was scheduled to begin tonight, May 26th<\/sup>, but the start of the Northwoods League season is currently postponed.\u00a0 The Dock Spiders are currently working with the Northwoods League in hopes of starting the 2020 season as soon as possible.\u00a0 Stay tuned to dockspiders.com for the latest updates.<\/p>\n

The Fond du Lac Dock Spiders are a member of the finest developmental league for elite college baseball players, the Northwoods League. The Northwoods League is the proven leader in the development of elite college baseball players. Having completed its\u2019 26<\/em>th<\/sup><\/em>\u00a0season, the Northwoods League is the largest organized baseball league in the world with 22 teams, drawing significantly more fans, in a friendly ballpark experience, than any league of its kind. A valuable training ground for coaches, umpires and front office staff, over 230 Northwoods League players have advanced to Major League Baseball, including three-time All-Star and 2016 Roberto Clemente Award winner Curtis Granderson, three-time Cy Young Award winner and World Series Champion Max Scherzer (WAS), two-time World Series Champions Ben Zobrist (CHC) and Brandon Crawford (SFG) and World Series Champion Chris Sale (BOS). As well as 2019 Rookie of the Year and Home Run Derby Champion Pete Alonso (NYM) and MLB All-Star Jordan Zimmermann (DET). All league games are viewable live via the Northwoods League website.
