Capable of contributing both in the circle and in the outfield, Wihlm adds valuable flexibility and depth to a growing roster built to compete at a high level.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Competing at North Dakota State has allowed Wihlm to continue developing into a dependable two-way athlete who can impact the game in multiple facets. Her work ethic and willingness to embrace competition make her an exciting addition to the Spitfires organization as the team continues building a strong foundation for its inaugural campaign.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">General Manager Roberto Lemus shared his excitement about bringing Wihlm to Grand Forks this summer. \u201cMadison is the kind of versatile athlete who can make an impact in several different ways,\u201d said Lemus. \u201cHaving someone who can contribute both as a pitcher and a position player gives us tremendous flexibility. She\u2019s competitive, driven, and exactly the type of player we want representing the Spitfires.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Wihlm is looking forward to continuing her development while competing alongside players from across the country this summer. \u201cI\u2019m pumped to keep developing as a player while competing alongside athletes from different areas!\u201d said Wihlm.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">As the inaugural season approaches, the Spitfires remain focused on building a roster filled with talented student-athletes who will help create an exciting experience for fans throughout the region.
