Booyah To Hold First “Winter Warmup” Event On January 9th

Event to Feature Booyah Field Manager Tom Carty

 

Ashwaubenon, Wis.-The Green Bay Booyah will hold the first-ever Winter Warmup banquet, on Thursday, January 9th in the VerHalen Commercial Interiors Club at Capital Credit Union Park. The event will feature an appearance by field manager Tom Carty, who will be returning for a second season in 2020. Booyah front office staff will also provide a sneak peek into some exciting offseason updates in advance of next season as well.

 

Doors to the banquet will open at 6PM for a social hour with the Winter Warmup baseball talk beginning at 7PM. In addition to hearing about Tom Carty’s first experience as the Booyah field manager, other items on the agenda include a question and answer session with Carty and Vice President John Fanta, incoming player reveals, offseason team updates, and other special promotional unveilings in preparation for the 2020 season. In addition to Tom Carty, other coaches from area baseball programs will also be on hand to speak about their upcoming seasons. A raffle will take place at the event for items including a 20 person Bud Light Bleacher outing, VerHalen Club Tickets, signed memorabilia, and more.

 

Tickets are available to all fans and community members in advance for $10 and $15 at the door on January 9th and can be purchased Monday through Friday from 9AM-5PM at Capital Credit Union Park or by calling the Booyah ticket office at 920-497-7225. All kids 10 and under are free to attend. Ticket price include access to the program, a buffet-style dinner, along with complimentary soda and water.  A cash bar will also be available in the VerHalen Club.
