Can I or my son or daughter get a players' autograph?
Bullfrogs players love signing autographs, but please respect their privacy prior to and during games. Please wait until after the game when they will all be on hand for autograph and photo requests.

Do the Bullfrogs host birthday parties?
Birthday parties are available for Bullfrogs fans at all Bullfrogs home games. Birthday parties start at $12 (minimum of 10 people) and include your reserved bleacher seat, a hot dog and soda for every individual, autographed ball, cupcake or birthday cake, and a PA read during the game. You can request further information by calling the Bullfrogs office at 920-497-7225. 

Does Joannes Stadium have concessions?
We have two main concession stands at Joannes stadium. Our main concession stands located along the first base line and the Festival Foods grill on the third base side. To view what we serve at our concessions, feel free to click here.

How can I contact a Bullfrogs player?
Any correspondence to Bullfrogs players should be sent in care of Bullfrogs Baseball, Attn: Player, 315 S. Baird St, Green Bay, WI 54301. All letters will be delivered directly to the clubhouse. We cannot guarantee a response, of course, but all fan mail is welcomed and encouraged. 

What if I lost something at the ballpark?
Lost and found is available during games at the Bullfrogs ticket office. If you have any questions or need immediate help, call the Bullfrogs Front Office at 920-947-7225

Is Joannes Stadium handicap accessible?
Handicapped parking is available right outside the stadium and handicapped seating is available at Joannes Stadium which is located on both first and third base side. If you require handicapped seating, please note this when purchasing tickets. 

What if the game is rained out after I bought my ticket?
If a game is rained out prior to the conclusion of the fifth inning, all tickets for the reserved seats can be redeemed at the ticket office for any other game remaining for the season (excluding playoffs). If the rainout occurs three hours after the gates have opened, regardless of how much of the game has been played, all Pregame Picnic and Deck area tickets will be considered used in full and can only be redeemed for a reserved seat for another game during the regular season (excluding playoffs). If the game is shortened due to rain but has been played beyond the required five (5) innings to make it a complete game, all tickets will be considered used and will have no value at the ticket office. 

Can I smoke at Joannes Stadium?
Joannes Stadium is a smoke-free facility. A hand stamp will be provided to those who choose to leave the stadium and re-enter. 

What is the website for the Green Bay Bullfrogs?
The Bullfrogs official website can be accessed by going to: www.greenbaybullfrogs.com. Click on the webcast link to listen to all 72 Bullfrogs games this summer. On the website, you can access the Bullfrogs Game, Promotional Schedules, Coaches Bio’s, Weekly Specials, and keep up with the latest news of the hottest team in the Northwoods League.

Where can I buy tickets to Bullfrogs games?
You can purchase tickets at the Bullfrogs Office on 315 S Baird St. from 9am-5pm Monday through Friday, or at on our website as well as the ticket booth at Joannes Stadium approximately an hour before game time. 

What happens if I catch a foul ball during the game?
You can keep the ball and get it autographed after the game by your favorite Bullfrogs players. Please be aware of flying objects (baseballs) during your visit to Joannes Stadium. For your safety, please keep your eye on the ballgame for foul balls or errant throws. 

Can I bring things in through the gate for a Bullfrogs game?
Green Bay Bullfrogs rules prohibit fans from bringing bottles, cans, alcoholic beverages, or food into Joannes Stadium. Fans are allowed to exit and re-enter the park with a valid stamp from Bullfrogs front gate personnel. 

What time do the gates open?
Gates open at Joannes Stadium one hour prior to the scheduled start time. 

Does it cost anything to park at Joannes Stadium?
Parking at Joannes Stadium is absolutely free! Parking for Bullfrogs games are available in the Green Bay East High School parking lot, parking is also available at the City Stadium lot and Riverside Ballroom lot. Additional parking is available off Kurtz Avenue. To access Kurtz Avenue head west off Baird Street onto Crooks Street and turn left onto Kurtz Avenue. Tailgating is permitted in the Green Bay East High School lot and the Kurtz Avenue lot after 4 p.m. Monday-Friday. Tailgating is permitted in the Green Bay East High School lot and the Kurtz Avenue lot any time on Saturday and Sunday. Overnight parking is prohibited in all lots.   

Where can I get a Bullfrogs souvenir?
Souvenirs are available at the Bullfrogs Hop Shop located along the first base line between the Bullfrogs Brew House and the main concession stand. Bullfrogs merchandise can also be purchased at the Bullfrogs Office or by going online. Click Here to access our online store.

Is the drinking of alcoholic beverages allowed during a Bullfrogs game?
In compliance with the Wisconsin State Law, The Bullfrogs will not serve alcohol to anyone under the age of 21. Under state Law, it is also illegal to purchase alcohol for anyone under the age of 21. The Bullfrogs reserve the right to suspend service at any time at the sole discretion of the management and its employees and also reserve the right to suspend service to any one individual at any time for any reason. The selling of alcoholic beverages will be closed after the 7th inning.

The restrooms at Joannes Stadium are located on the sides of the main concession stand along the first base line.
