The media relations office maintains information on all current student-athletes, as well as historical information on previous athletes and the program in general. The Green Bay locker room is closed to the media. All post-game interviews will be conducted on the field. No interviews with Green Bay players are permitted in the locker room following the game. After a required and team enforced 10-minute cooling off period, the visiting coach and select players (if approved by the visiting Media Relations Director) will be available for interviews. Following a 10-minute interview window with the visiting team, the Bullfrogs' field manager and requested Green Bay players will be available.
— Space in the media section and baseline space for photographers and video is limited. Credentials are allotted based on the following priority guidelines:
1. Originating television and radio personnel involved in a live broadcast.
2. Daily newspapers covering for next-day publication, wire services and national publications, Green Bay website partners and visiting Northwoods League website partners
3. Non-originating radio and television personnel reporting on the game.
NOTE: Only local radio stations with a fulltime sports director conducting a sports show on a daily basis receive consideration for credentials.
4. National website reporters writing for post-game postings on network or historically printed publication websites.
6. Green Bay-approved publications covering Green Bay on an exclusive basis.
7. Non-daily newspapers or publications reporting on the game.
Wireless Internet: Wireless internet is provided free of charge to all media covering the event at Joannes Stadium.
Media Seating: Please call 920-497-7225 for a seat in the Joannes Stadium press box. Visiting radio is located in its own press box room with a Bullfrogs camera operator. Home radio is located in a separate press box room along with the director of the Bullfrogs video webcast. All other media will share same press box room as the visiting radio.
Visiting Radio: Green Bay provides a courtesy line for visiting radio. The visiting radio location is in the press box room to the far left (when look at the field) of the Joannes Stadium press box. Two can sit comfortably in the area provided. Live stats will be provided through the Green Bay Bullfrogs website (www.greenbaybullfrogs.com).
Media Covering Green Bay on the road: Media members wishing to cover Green Bay on the road must contact the host sports information office for credentials.
Photography/Video Services: Photographs and video clips are available through Green Bay’s media relations department. To request photographs of current and former Green Bay baseball players, contact the Bullfrogs office. For video clips, both current and historical, fax a request on letterhead to the Bullfrogs office (920-497-7225)
